The Dao Yuan School’s courses are open to all people who are interested in qigong. Most of the forms of qigong are taught in a series of courses. It is possible for people to try out a form on a weekend course without having to commit themselves to completing the whole series.
We recommend the beginner to start with Fan Teng Gong. This can be learnt in a series of courses over a year. You can practise this form and benefit from the positive results for the rest of your life.
It is also possible to begin with Cai Qigong, Shui Gong, Xing Gong or Qigong for the Eyes. These forms are usually taught in a weekend or week-long course.
Another option is to start with Nei Jing Gong. Nei Jing Gong is at the centre of the qigong training offered at the Dao Yuan School. The practise of Nei Jing Gong is a requirement for permission to teach the other forms of qigong learnt at the school.
